Shipping & Return Policy

We're always working hard to provide the most convenient and affordable shipping options to make your celebration as worry-free as possible. Every order is carefully packaged, and if you place your order weekdays by 3:30 p.m. eastern time, it ships the same day!

When we receive your order, it will be reviewed and processed by our customer service staff, at which time you can follow its status on our Order Status page. We will also email you the tracking information once it has shipped.

Available Shipping Methods

We offer up to five shipping methods, depending on your location and the products you order.

FedEx Ground is our standard shipping method, offered free for orders over $50. You can expect delivery within 5 days to most parts of the country. An estimated delivery date will be shown in your shopping cart before you checkout, so you'll know exactly when to expect it for your location.

FedEx Ground Transit Times

■ 5 Days  ■ 4 Days  ■ 3 Days  ■ 2 Days  ■ 1 Day

USPS Priority typically delivers in 2-4 days, and is often the cheapest method for small, light-weight items. This option is not available for items marked "Ground Delivery Only."

FedEx 2Day is a guaranteed 2-day shipping option. Deliveries are guaranteed by 8:00 p.m. to residences and 4:30 p.m. to commercial addresses Monday through Friday. This option is not available for items marked "Ground Delivery Only."

FedEx Priority Overnight is guaranteed to deliver the next day by 10:30 a.m. anywhere in the US Monday through Friday. This option is not available for items marked "Ground Delivery Only."

Customer Pickup is available to customers in Florida and Georgia. If you'd like to pick up your order instead of having it delivered, just select "I would like to pick my order up from the Orange Park, FL warehouse" in your cart before checking out and we will call you to schedule an appointment once your order is ready.

"Ground Shipping Only" Products

Many of our products are flammable, contain small amounts of flammable compounds, or use compressed air canisters. For safety reasons, these cannot be shipped by air, which means they can only be delivered within the continental US. You'll see them clearly marked with this notice:

Fireworks Shipping

Orders that include Gender Reveal Fireworks or Bottle / Cake Sparklers ship free with FedEx Priority Overnight, but due to limitations shipping hazardous materials, these may take more than one day for delivery and do not have a guaranteed arrival date. We recommend planning for up to 3 business days to deliver just in case.

Fireworks shipments require a signature from someone 21 years of age or older at the time of delivery. Please make sure you are shipping to a location where an adult can receive and sign for the package during business hours.

Also, we cannot ship Gender Reveal Fireworks to the following states:

• Alaska
• California
• Delaware
• Hawaii
• Massachusetts
• Maryland
• New Jersey
• New York
• Nevada
• Oregon
• Washington, DC
• AFO/FPO Addresses in Any State

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we do not accept website orders from outside the United States, and cannot ship ground-only items outside the continental US. For orders that require foreign billing addresses, please call us at 904-213-0615, or e-mail sales@superiorcelebrations.com.

We cannot ship to APO/FPO or P.O. Boxes.

Return Policy

We do not accept returns for Gender Reveal Fireworks or Bottle/Cake Sparklers (a.k.a. "Party Sparklers"). All other items may be returned unopened within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the value of refunds.
